My Home Project is a design, price-guide and introduction service for home improvement work. Homeowners upload a photo of the space and describe the job, and the platform generates AI-produced design options at different budget levels, each with a rough UK price range to help you understand what is achievable.

Once you have chosen a design, the platform introduces you to local, verified tradespeople who cover your area and the relevant trade. Traders receive those introductions as leads and may contact you to arrange a visit and provide a quote.

We are a platform, not a contractor. We do not carry out, manage, supervise or guarantee any of the work that is discussed or agreed through the site.

Us at My Home Project are not to be held accountable for any projects taken on by the trader and chosen by the customer. This is a two-part deal between the customer and the trader, and is not part of My Home Project. We simply design, rough price and connect.

Any partnership, contract, quotation, price, schedule or warranty for the work is formed directly between the customer and the trader. Payments for the work are made directly between them, not through My Home Project.

Because of this, any dispute, defect, delay, damage, loss, injury or claim arising from a project is a matter between the customer and the trader. My Home Project is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for it.

Homeowners use My Home Project free of charge. Tradespeople pay a monthly subscription to receive matched leads in the postcodes and trades they cover.

Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves that a trader is suitable, qualified and insured before agreeing any work. Traders are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their profile and for the work they agree to carry out.
